Hello, my name is Kim. When I was 13 years old my aunt taught me to sew, and over the years I made doll clothes and clothing for my daughters when they were just toddlers. I didn't learn to quilt until later on when my girls were grown and gone. Quilting quickly became the hobby I spent most of my time with (cross stitch, knitting and crochet). I enjoy the endless creative possibilities of quilting, including the final step of machine quilting.
2 cents per square inch (2.5 cents for dense patterns). $40 minimum charge.
Quilt tops should be pressed/ironed. Batting and backing should be 2 to 4 inches wider and longer than the top; the backing should be squared up.
Binding: Machine sewn front and back, 10 cents per linear inch (you provide the fabric)
Pillow Cases: They can be King size or standard; made with french seams, $30 per set (you provide the fabric)
